With a bachelor's in mathematics and a secondary mathematics education teaching certificate, Mary Leaphart combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of effective teaching methods. Her journey into leadership training began in the classroom, where she first discovered her passion for facilitating those "aha" moments of understanding.
Since 2007, Mary has taken on various roles, from curriculum developer to independent consultant, and in 2015, she founded Mary Leaphart Consulting. Her approach is far from conventional—she creates active, experiential learning environments that go beyond traditional PowerPoints and videos. Using tools like music, improv, and storytelling, Mary ensures her sessions are not only engaging but also deeply impactful, bringing leadership concepts to life in memorable ways.
Mary's commitment to excellence is reflected in her credentials, including an ATD Master Trainer certification and ongoing coach training with Positive Intelligence. She works with a diverse range of clients across industries, tailoring each program to meet specific leadership challenges.
